VeltFit exists to unify India's fragmented fitness landscape — gyms, physiotherapy and wellness partners, personal trainers, and nutritionists — into one platform, without forcing any of them to rebuild how they already work. We believe technology should lower the barrier to running a real fitness business, which is why gyms can list for free with no upfront software cost, and should assist human expertise, never replace it, which is why a real coach's program always takes precedence over an AI-generated one the moment one exists.

Real questions, straight answers
Is VeltFit free for members?
Yes — downloading and using the Member App is free. You pay for what you actually book: a gym membership, a coach session, a physio visit. Vayu's AI plans are included at no extra cost; Vayu Coach is a separate paid subscription for a more intensive AI coaching tier.
If I have a real coach, does the AI override them?
No — it's the other way around. The moment you have an active coach- or nutritionist-assigned program, that human-authored plan takes precedence over anything Vayu generates, automatically, for as long as the booking stays active.
How does a gym or coach get the Verified badge?
Automatically, once they sustain a 4.0★ average across at least 10 completed bookings. It isn't a paid placement and VeltFit staff don't assign it manually — the system awards it on its own once the threshold is met.
How do referral points actually work?
Certain gyms run their own referral points program. Points are earned per successful referral as that gym defines it, and are redeemable only at the specific gym where they were earned — 1 point = ₹1 toward a plan renewal there. They have no cash value and can't be transferred between gyms or people.
Is my health data safe?
VeltFit processes personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, on the basis of your explicit consent, collected at registration and again at each point sensitive health data is gathered. You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data in-app at any time.
Does it cost anything to list my gym?
No. Gyms can list on VeltFit for free, with no upfront software cost — you only pay a service fee on plan purchases made through the app. A paid tier with additional tools is also available if you want it.
Is VeltFit on iOS or Android?
Both, at launch — this isn't an Android-first rollout.
